We’re a hands on, friendly team who work together to deliver great experiences in a fast placed outdoor environment. This is not your typical workplace, it’s physical, varied, and set in one of the most dramatic locations in the UK. We’re expanding our team of instructors and have an exciting opening for the right candidates. At Honister we want to make sure every one of our customers has the opportunity to enjoy the most thrilling adventurous activities whilst being brought entirely out of their comfort zone. So we need the very best leaders to guide and instruct, who can introduce our amazing activities to numerous new customers as well as existing friends. We’re looking for resilient individuals with excellent communication skills, who can be flexible, adaptable, approachable and of course personable who can forge strong relationships and strive to be the best at what they do. You will be working as an individual as well as being a part of a fun and friendly team leading groups on our various activities.
