This is a great opportunity for a rewarding role as part of a small, friendly team, playing a key role in taking forward the LANSS service across Cumbria and making a real, positive impact on skills and careers across the land- and nature-based sectors.
Launched last year, LANSS connects people and employers with learning and training opportunities relevant to land- and nature-based work, in and near Cumbria, promotes career opportunities and pathways and seeks to ensure the right training provision is available.

Based at the University of Cumbria’s Ambleside Campus, with the opportunity for hybrid working. Some travel throughout Cumbria will be required, and potentially outside on occasion. We would be happy to consider part-time or job-sharing.
