Kendal College are looking for Cumbrian Farmers to take on an apprentice. The college provides support all the way as well as the training element of the apprenticeship and you as the employer get up to £3000 in incentive payments.
This is a fantastic opportunity to train an apprentice up to meet the needs of your business, whilst playing your part in developing the next generation of skilled farm workers.
