Learn principles of best practice in volunteer management and how you can use these to support, retain and recognise volunteers who support your activities. Get top tips, tools, templates and share ideas and experiences to help you shape effective volunteer management processes in your organisation.
Starts September 2026. The timetable will potentially be 5 days per week incorporating the industry placement. The course incorporates a mandatory industry placement that will require a minimum of 45 days/315 hours of work.
