The 2 day foot trimming course covers anatomy and function of the hoof, the 5 step Dutch trimming methodology and mobility scoring. You will have ample time to practice your technique under the guidance of a vet and a NACFT accredited foot trimmer.
Paragon offer practical farm training aimed at improving both livestock and business performance. Our courses are available through FarmSkills and are fully certified. Farmers receive workbooks to help support learning and certificates issued on completion of the course.
