

Ghyll Head is a provider for Mountain Training and have huge amounts of experience working with groups in the hills. We are very supportive, fun and love working with aspiring leaders through the schemes. We will run this course over 3 days. The pre requisites are to be registered with MountainTraining for this scheme and to have joined a council e.g the BMC, plus have logged 20 Quality Hill days. We offer accommodation and catering and provide all transport to the hills. We are within a short drive of Windermere train station and can arrange pick ups and offer accommodation the night before your course start date. Alternatively if you wish to self-cater or be non- residential we can offer this price option. The Hill and Moorland Leader qualification is for people who want to lead groups in the hill and moorland areas of the UK and Ireland.
