

The abrasive wheels training course from H&W Training is suitable for farmers, managers, fitters, foremen and other workers that use bench mounted abrasive wheels or petrol powered saws. The duration of the course largely depends on the number of categories you wish to be trained in and your level of experience. For example, a novice operator may require 3 days of training to cover all 3 categories, whereas an experienced operator without prior formal evidence may only require 2, possibly even 1 days training.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

Starts September 2026. The timetable will potentially be 5 days per week incorporating the industry placement. The course incorporates a mandatory industry placement that will require a minimum of 45 days/315 hours of work.
