The T Level in Business is an exciting two-year programme which will give you the foundations to pursue a career in all areas of the business world. You will learn the skills you need to excel in a career in business on a course developed in collaboration with employers and businesses to meets the needs of industry. You will study how businesses operate in different sectors, covering key areas such as: project management; change management, marketing, human resources, innovation and technology. You will understand why team building is important, what roles and responsibilities are, and the legislation that impacts organisations. This programme is the equivalent of three A-Levels and mixes classroom learning and 'on-the-job' experience in an industrial placement for a minimum of 315 hours over the duration of the course.
