

This course provides an introduction to the practical management of informal recreation and biodiversity in the countryside. The course aims to provide a good understanding of different land uses and their impacts on conservation and wildlife management. Individual topics will investigate factors which have influenced the development of current land use. Candidates will also be introduced to the concept of sustainable land management through a greater awareness of their environment.
