These programmes are designed around your specific needs. We have developed an evening session for Mountain Rescue and have full day certificated awareness modules covering DEFRA requirements. Water Rescue can also help ‘Train the Trainer’. Providing full resources including slides and trainer notes for you to deliver your own training.

The Safe Working Near Water course is designed for people working near water who will be issued with lifejackets but will not be expected to intentionally enter the water, eg EA, SEPA, NRW personnel, construction industry workers, road and bridge maintenance workers.

This course provides the knowledge and techniques for employees who need to work in or near water. It covers appropriate PPE and simple rescue techniques to allow safe rescue from water, both basic and moving, and gives simple rescue techniques that can be used to rescue co-workers.
